About MEES Path
MEES Path helps private landlords and letting agents in England and Wales plan for the energy rules. We look up a home's Energy Performance Certificate, show you what's law today and what's coming in 2030, put the work in the right order, and keep track of what you spend against the cost cap.
It's built by Opus Leads Ltd. We work with home improvement and retrofit trades.
How we make money
Planning is free for up to three homes. We make our money from marketing campaigns we run for retrofit installers. If you ask us for help with works, we may introduce an installer we work with, and we'll always tell you when we do. We don't sell data, and we don't run a directory.
